The flavour of the cuisine of Los Guayres Restaurant, which is located at the Hotel Cordial Mogán Playa has been recognized by Michelin Guides in its last edition. The honesty and the good work of the chef Alexis Álvarez and his team have been key to obtain this recommendation of a restaurant, whose cuisine reinterpretates the canary cuisine mixed with innovative and advanced techniques.
